No. You can order without registering; an account can be created at checkout if you wish.

Payment is by bank transfer. You will see the payment details at the last checkout step and receive them by email.

After full payment. The production time is counted from the day of payment.

Yes. Rush production is selected at checkout. Shorter production times for each product are on the page Production times.

In the configurator , choose the book type and size, cover, personalization and number of spreads, upload finished spreads or photos for layout, and add the order to the cart. The price is shown right away.

Write to us as soon as possible: until the order goes into production, a manager will help you make changes.

Yes. A gift certificate can be used to pay for any of our products, in full or in part.

A monitor displays color differently from print, so shades may differ slightly from what you see on screen. This is not considered a defect.

Write to us within 14 days of receipt. If the item is of inadequate quality, we will remake it free of charge or refund your money once the item is returned to our workshop. Personalized items of adequate quality cannot be returned.

Within Ukraine, by Nova Poshta; delivery and related costs are paid by the recipient. International shipping is described below.

Yes, you can pick up your order yourself from our workshop in Zhytomyr. A manager will give you the address and time.

Yes. We ship internationally with Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or private carriers, by arrangement with a manager.

Yes. Enter the recipient's details in the order notes. We put nothing in the parcel that identifies us as the maker; we can add gift packaging if needed.

Securely, so that nothing gets damaged in transit. We recommend inspecting the parcel at the branch when you collect it.

Standard time is 7–10 business days; a rush order takes 4–5 business days. Currently, due to material supply disruptions, shelling and power outages, photobook production may take up to 15 business days; we often manage faster.

From the day of full payment. Weekends, holidays, the day the order is placed and delivery are not included.

We will ship everything together once the item with the longest production time is ready. If you would like the faster items sent separately, mention it in the order notes.

300 dpi, sRGB color profile, 8-bit. Spread, page and vellum sizes for each book type and size are on the page Technical requirements.

Yes. Upload the originals from your phone's gallery: photos sent via a messenger are compressed and lose quality (if you forward them, send them as files). Small sizes such as 10×15 work well for phone photos.

Up to 100 MB and up to 200 megapixels per file.

Yes: Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or a photographer's gallery. Paste a publicly accessible link into the order form field.

30 days. Keep copies of important files on your side.

Yes, 3–5 mm is trimmed from the outer edges of a spread, so don't place text or important details close to the edges. More details on the page Technical requirements.

No, only technical file preparation. A file of a different size is cropped at our discretion; this is a separate service (Technical requirements).

Yes: templates for Photoshop and InDesign and an SVG photo cover template generator are on the page Technical requirements.

Classic: rigid pages on a core, chemical photo printing, opens 180° flat with no gutter. Digital print: thin flexible pages, laser printing, with a gutter in the middle of the spread. More details: About photobook types.

15 sizes, from 10×10 to 40×30 and 30×40 cm; available sizes depend on the book type.

Classic, matted and SIMPLE: Fujifilm photo paper (Lustre, Glossy, Silk, Pearl). Digital print: Xerox Colotech+ 160 or 120 gsm (the thinner one fits more spreads). More details: Paper types.

The paper manufacturer guarantees color stability for over 50 years when stored properly.

The core is the base the spread is mounted on; it gives the pages their thickness and rigidity. Options: 0.3 mm plastic or 0.5 mm board.

Velvet, Marbled velvet, Eco leather (matte), Eco leather (glossy), Lightly textured fabric, Textured fabric, Deffe fabric, Fine Art linen fabric, Wood, Genuine leather, Thin photo cover and Photo cover. More details: Materials.

Classic in page construction, but the cover is made of the same photo paper as the spreads, with no endpapers. A simpler, minimalist book.

Yes, the design can include not only photos but also text and other elements.

Yes: you send photos and your wishes, we prepare the layout and agree on revisions (3 rounds are included in the price), and we print only after your approval. We recommend 2–4 photos per spread. More details: Photobook layout.

An extra cover printed on Fuji paper, full height or half height of the book; it protects the main cover. More details: Dust jacket.

Yes: boxes with flap, with ribbons, with wooden base, slipcases, Crystal Box and sleeves are chosen in the last step of the configurator. More details: Photobook boxes.

Metal plate, blind debossing, foil debossing, printing, cameo window and CNC wood carving; options can be combined. The back cover and spine can be decorated too.

They depend on the book size; tables for each shape are on the “Technical requirements” page: plates, cameo windows.

Best is vector SVG, or PNG on a transparent background, JPG, TIFF; the file should be 100% black, the color is set in production. You choose the placement in the configurator. More details: Technical requirements.

Yes: debossing, foil debossing, printing, white printing. Design and position are agreed with a manager after you place the order.

From 7×10 to 30×40 cm and wide format from 40×40 to 100×150 cm. Borderless or with a 5 or 10 mm border. Paper: Lustre, Glossy, Silk and Pearl (Lustre for wide format). More details: Technical requirements.

Chemical photo printing on Fujifilm paper; large formats are inkjet-printed on Epson plotters.

11 sizes: 7×7, 7×10, Mini Polaroid, Polaroid, 10×10, 10×15, 15×15, 15×20, 20×20, 20×30 and 30×30. Paper: Lustre, Glossy, Silk and Pearl. Up to 100 magnets per order.

15 sizes, from 20×30 to 100×150 cm. You choose stretcher bars, finish and NFC tag for each photo. Printed on natural canvas. File size requirements are on the page Technical requirements.
