- IMPORTANT:
- - Production starts on the day the order is paid in full (unless otherwise agreed with a manager).
- Production time does not include public holidays, weekends or the day the order is placed. - - Production time also does not include delivery by the postal operator (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta (for international shipments))
- ALSO:
- If you chose layout by our designers when ordering a photobook, production time starts on the day the layout is approved. The first version of the layout will be provided within 1–3 business days.
- If your order includes products with different production times, by default it will be shipped once the product with the longest production time is ready. For example, if one order includes several products (photobooks, canvas prints and photo prints), it will be made and shipped in a single shipment within 7–10 business days, since photobooks take 7–10 days to make.
- If you would like to receive your photo prints without waiting for the books, mention it in the order notes or let us know in any other convenient way listed on the Contact page.
Factors that may extend the production time:
- A large print run (a large number of items)
- - Non-standard parameters
